MK-630 Effects Pedalboard & Road Case

The MK-630 is our heavy duty effects pedalboard with matching road case.  The outside dimensions of the standard case are 7 3/4" high x 20" wide x 32" long (closed). The case is constructed of 3/8" plywood with 1" x 2" internal bracing.  The Mk-630 is broken down into two parts - road case & pedalboard assembly.

•  The road case is (2) sections 3 1/2" deep x 20" wide  x 32" long (outside)
•  The pedalboard is 3/4" x 17" wide x 29" long (outside)

The road case's standard features include:

•  (2) butterfly latches
•  (2) take-apart hinges
•  (1) spring loaded surface mounted handle
•  (4) rubber feet. 
•  (1) removable pedalboard assembly
•  (1) layer of foam (not shown in pix.)

The Pedalboard's standard features include:

•  (1) removable pedalboard assembly
•  Vinyl covered or painted pedalboard surface
•  (2) pedalboard handles

MK-630 is covered with your choice of black or charcoal gray speaker carpet standard.  For an additional charge you can get a colorful custom look with genuine Fender Tweed or vinyl covering (red-burgundy, teal, blue, black, yellow, or green ~ All custom colors are subject to availability).   All hardware is zinc plated unless noted otherwise.

•  The cost for Fender Tweed is $38.50 per yard (it's some expensive stuff!)
•  The cost of Black Tolex (pebble grain and leather grain) is $12.50 per yard

Effects, cables and Velcro or other adhesives to hold pedals are not included.

Custom Options

You can personalize  your new MK-630 pedalboard by adding:

•  Raised Effects Riser/Tier - $15.00*
•  Extra protective foam- $5.00 per/layer*
•  Pedalboard mounting hardware (1/4-20 carriage bolts and wing nuts) - $7.50 ~ This system locks the pedalboard into the road case with wing nuts.
•  Upgraded Black powder coated hardware ~ (includes black butterfly latches, hinges, and spring loaded handle) $25.00
• Pedalboard surface covered with automotive bed liner.  It's strong as hell and will hold up for years. $25.00
