If you're like me you have more than one favorite guitar and you end up dragging 3-4 guitar cases with you to the gig.  It's not a big deal right? Hey each guitar has it's own flavor.   Well don't forget you need the stands for those guitars too, and you need to haul them with the other stuff, and don't forget you need some room on stage to display those jewels.

Introducing the brand new for 2008 MK-1500-BC Guitar Vault - It's very similar to the MK-1500A but instead of the removable top it's full boxed with a removable door.  It comes standard in your choice of black or grey carpeted exterior and your choice of black, blue, red, green, purple, or yellow crushed panne interior.  The case has been designed for ease of operation and transportation.  Simply remove the front door, unfasten the safety belt and start grabbing guitars.  It's that easy.  No more trying to make it out with 4 guitar cases under your arms - simply store them in a vault.

 

    The case is constructed from 3/8 ply with a 1x2 internal frame for added stability and support.  The dividers and guitar supports are also made from 3/8 ply.  The case is fully lined with 1" poly foam and covered with your choice of black, blue, red, green, purple, or yellow crushed panne interior.  These things are heavy (shipping weight with 4" casters & 3/4" caster plate averages 100 lbs) so they cannot be shipped to a residential address - business address only.

The MK-1500BC multi-guitar road case & guitar vault comes standard with:

•  (4) recessed butterfly latches
•  fully lined foam interior
•  Ribbed plastic & black metal corner protectors
•  (2) recessed handles
•  (4) 3" swivel casters
•  Holds up to 5 guitars (special orders can hold more guitars)
• Your choice of interior color crushed panne (red, blue, black, green, yellow, purple, etc.)

Custom Options

You can personalize  your new MK-1500-BC road case by adding:

•  Upgrade to 4" heavy duty gray swivel and locking castors $45.00
•  Upgrade to 4" heavy duty blue swivel and locking castors $75.00
•  Upgraded to Black powder coated hardware ~ (includes butterfly latches, hinges, and handles) $45.00

• The cost for Fender Tweed is $38.50 per yard (it's some expensive stuff!)

•  The cost of Black Tolex (pebble grain and leather grain) is $12.50 per yard

Shipping

According to FedEx & UPS Ground any package over 108 cubic inches is considered "oversized" and gets charged at a higher rate.  Also if your package is over 70 lbs shipping weight it MUST go to a business address.  The price for shipping oversized items is normally around $195 with the high price of diesel fuel.  Therefore if you can get by with a smaller case it is highly advisable.
